Job Description
A Channel Sales Executive for a rental furniture and building broker network acts as the bridge between the company and local real estate intermediaries. The primary goal is to recruit and manage channel partners—such as brokers and property managers—to drive furniture subscription orders and building furnishing contracts across the local region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Network Expansion & Partner Acquisition
- Scout & Onboard: Identify, approach, and register new real estate brokers, property managers, and building managers onto the company’s partner portal.
- Network Development: Build and nurture a robust network of intermediaries across high-demand areas in Pune (e.g., Wagholi, Kharadi, Hinjewadi, and Baner) to maximize local market reach.
2. Relationship & Account Management
- Partner Engagement: Maintain regular, active engagement with onboarded brokers to build loyalty and ensure they consistently pitch furniture rental services.
- Training & Education: Educate broker partners and their sales teams on the furniture rental portfolio, subscription plans, pricing structures, and commission benefits.
3. Sales Conversion & Lead Generation
- Lead Tracking: Convert high-quality leads generated by the broker network into active rental orders and closed deals.
- Site Visits: Conduct field visits to evaluate potential client properties, provide specialized furniture quotes, and negotiate pricing based on the client's needs.
4. Performance & Pipeline Management
- Sales Forecasting: Manage the sales pipeline, track partner performance, and forecast monthly/quarterly revenue to meet or exceed individual and team targets.
- Market Intelligence: Keep a close watch on local market developments, competitor activities, and real estate trends to uncover new business opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 1–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, channel sales, or business development—specifically within the real estate or furniture rental industries.
- Local Network: A strong existing database and network of real estate brokers and property consultants in and around the Wagholi/Pune region.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasive pitching, and relationship-building abilities.
- Mobility: A two-wheeler and valid license are required.
