- CCTV Operator – Roles & ResponsibilitiesMonitor CCTV cameras and ensure continuous surveillance.
- Identify and report suspicious activities or incidents.
- Maintain and check CCTV equipment and recording systems.
- Review and provide footage when authorized.
- Maintain daily monitoring and incident reports.
- Monitor employee/customer activities as required.
- Immediately report security issues to the Manager.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of CCTV footage.
- Follow company security policies and SOPs.
