In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving queries, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a patient demeanor, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests.
- Problem Solving: Identify customer needs, research internal databases, and provide accurate, immediate solutions.
- Data Management: Accurately update and maintain customer interaction logs and account details in the CRM software.
- Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-ups on unresolved customer escalations to guarantee complete satisfaction.
- Performance Metrics: Meet daily/weekly targets regarding call volume, average handling time (AHT), and quality assurance scores.
- Requirements & SkillsEducation: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
- Language Skills: Clear verbal communication and good listening skills (English + Regional Language as per target audience).
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, fast typing speed, and familiarity with CRM tools (training will be provided).
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) and weekends if required.
- Attributes: High patience, ability to handle pressure, and a customer-first attitude.
