Job Description: Club & Kitchen Attendant

Location: Hinjewadi

Shift: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM (12 Hours) | Punctuality is strictly required.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 / month + Additional Overtime Pay

Job Overview

We are looking for an all-rounder to manage floor operations, basic kitchen orders, and gaming table maintenance at our premium billiard cafe.

Key Responsibilities

1. Kitchen & Cafe Service

 Food Preparation: Prepare basic items from the menu in image.png, including Maggi (Plain, Masala, Cheese), French Fries (Salted, Peri Peri, Loaded), Loaded Cheesy Nachos, Tea, Coffee, and Cold Coffee.

 Cleaning: Wash kitchen utensils daily and keep the cafeteria area hygienic.

 Stocking: Keep drinks and water bottles stocked and chilled in the refrigerator.

2. Table & Game Maintenance

 Daily Care: Brush pool/snooker tables daily and polish balls every alternate day.

 Deep Cleaning: Vacuum, wipe down, and iron table cloths every 2 to 3 days.

 Cue Management: Keep cue sticks organized in racks and ensure players use the correct cues.

3. Housekeeping & Daily Operations

 Cleaning: Open the club exactly at 3:00 PM. Sweep the floor every other day, wipe cafe tables daily, and throw garbage in the outside bin.

 Floor Alertness: Clear empty bowls and bottles immediately after customers finish. Collect fallen chalk from the floor.

 Billing: Instantly write down all sales (orders, drinks, cigarettes) in the register.

 Electricity Saving: Turn off fans/lights when tables are not in use. Only use table lights during play.

Important Rules & Performance

 CCTV Monitoring: All activities are tracked via CCTV. Negligence or missed tasks will lead to a salary deduction.

 Punctuality: Late openings will result in a direct salary deduction.
