🔹 Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic CAD/CAM Application Engineer with hands-on experience in manufacturing, 3D modeling, and CNC programming. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end software solutions using SolidWorks & SolidCAM, supporting both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales technical activities.

This role requires strong technical expertise, customer-facing skills, and the ability to demonstrate how CAD/CAM solutions can optimize real-world manufacturing processes.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Conduct Pre-Sales technical activities: product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations showcasing SolidWorks & SolidCAM capabilities.

Provide Post-Sales support: installations, training, troubleshooting, and customer success enablement.

Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose tailored CAD/CAM solutions.

Develop and deliver CNC programming examples to highlight full-fledged software workflows.

Support manufacturing customers with process optimization, toolpath strategies, and machining simulations.

Document technical processes, create training material, and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Stay updated with the latest CAD/CAM technologies and industry best practices.

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

2–6 years of professional experience in CAD/CAM engineering, manufacturing, or CNC programming.

Strong knowledge of SolidWorks CAD and SolidCAM CAM software.

Practical experience in manufacturing processes, CNC machining, and toolpath optimization.

Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-solving mindset with customer-centric approach.

Exposure to multi-axis machining and advanced CAM features will be an added advantage.

🔹 Education

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
