The position also includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-grounded in organizational objectives and operational realities. The role demands a thoughtful approach to bridging business goals with technological capabilities through detailed process design and stakeholder engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process models to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support in process architecture practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture and design patterns.
- Experience in integrating business processes with technology solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with process modeling tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
