Business Function Implement Practitioner
Project Role : Business Function Implement PractitionerProject Role Description : Support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization.

Summary:
As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the execution of various activities aimed at enhancing the overall performance of a specific business function from start to finish. This includes analyzing current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing or redesigning workflows to optimize efficiency. The role also involves defining organizational components related to the function, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives, and collaborating with stakeholders to facilitate smooth implementation and continuous improvement throughout the process lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes effectively.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end business function solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities to address complex challenges within business functions.
- Effective communication skills to articulate ideas and influence decision-making.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
