Job Summary:

We are looking for an execution-driven Operations Manager to support implementation and accountability for our business coaching clients. The role involves tracking execution of business strategies, ensuring follow-ups, supporting system implementation, maintaining reports and trackers, and helping clients stay aligned with the coaching roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track execution of client action plans and growth strategies
• Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure implementation discipline
• Support clients in implementing SOPs, systems, dashboards, and workflows
• Maintain trackers, reports, and execution documentation
• Coordinate with Founder/Coach for progress tracking and escalations
• Monitor client progress against defined milestones
• Ensure timely completion of action items and commitments
• Support operational structure and accountability systems

Requirements :

• Smart and dynamic personality
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Excellent follow-up and execution ability
• Process-oriented and highly organized
• Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and reporting systems
• Ability to manage multiple clients and timelines

Preferred Experience:2–5 years in Operations / Client Success / Project Coordination / Business Consulting / Coaching Industry
