Corporate & Event Business Development ExecutiveCompany: The Aarambh 24K Restaurant, Pune

Location: KPCT Mall, Fatimanagar, Wanowrie, Pune

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Job SummaryThe Aarambh 24K Restaurant is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate & Event Business Development Executive to drive corporate partnerships, event sales, banquet bookings, and business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and key decision-makers to generate new business opportunities and maximize revenue.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with HR, Administration, Procurement, and Corporate Decision-Makers across Pune.
  • Generate corporate tie-ups for business meetings, conferences, team lunches, dinners, and corporate events.
  • Drive banquet hall and restaurant bookings through strategic business development initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's corporate client base.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with event planners, event management companies, and corporate agencies.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, networking activities, and site visits.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals and business presentations.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and business opportunities.
  • Represent The Aarambh 24K Restaurant at corporate networking events and industry gatherings.
