Core Responsibilities
1. Market Expansion & Strategy
- Market Research: Conduct industry research to spot untapped markets, emerging regions, or new customer segments.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, product positioning, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Strategic Planning: Develop go-to-market strategies and align business goals with executive vision.
2. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Outreach: Identify key decision-makers and generate leads through cold outreach, networking, and industry events.
- Pipeline Management: Track and nurture prospects through the sales funnel utilizing CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Pitching: Develop and deliver tailored business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks to prospective clients.
3. Client Relationship & Partnership Management
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Strategic Alliances: Form beneficial partnerships, joint ventures, or collaborative channels to expand market reach.
- Negotiation: Lead pricing discussions, draft contracts, and negotiate deal terms that benefit both the company and the client.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting
- Team Alignment: Work closely with marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure your services meet market demands and align with pricing strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Set SMART growth metrics (KPIs) and report on sales progress, revenue forecasts, and market trends to senior management.
