Business Development Manager (BDM)

About the company

Avenaa is a premium short-term rental management company. We manage apartments, villas and homestays for property owners across India and give owners a guaranteed monthly income. We are growing fast and hiring a Regional Manager to lead our operations in Telangana.

What you will do

• Call property owners who enquire with Avenaa, explain our business model, and onboard them (calls, Google Meet and in-person visits)
• Visit and verify every new property before it goes live
• Hire and manage caretakers, cleaning staff and local vendors (laundry, plumber, electrician, AC, pest control)
• Set up key handover (lockbox / smart lock / security guard) and cameras where needed
• Inspect properties regularly and check cleaning quality with photo proof
• Handle guest check-in, check-out, complaints and problem resolution
• Monitor guest reviews and keep guest ratings high
• File damage reports after check-out
• Keep records of all visits, inspections, expenses and staff in company systems
• Travel to other cities in the state when a new property comes up

Who we are looking for

• 3–6 years' experience in hotels, serviced apartments, Airbnb/short-term rentals, facility management or field operations
• Speaks Telugu, Hindi and working English
• Has managed housekeeping / caretaker staff before
• Confident meeting property owners face to face
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CCTV apps and smart locks
• Own two-wheeler or car with valid licence; willing to travel across the state
• Honest, organised, and good at writing things down
