Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who can take ownership of a designated area and build it like a business. This is not a typical sales role. It is an opportunity to create, grow, and manage a local business ecosystem. The BDM will be responsible for developing the market from the ground up, building a network of promoters, partners, and distributors, enabling them through product understanding and business clarity, and driving sustainable revenue growth in the territory. The role requires a mix of execution, relationship-building, and on-ground leadership with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
