Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation: Prospect and cultivate relationships with CXOs, IT Directors, and procurement heads across target industry verticals.
Consultative Selling: Analyze prospective clients' existing IT architecture and business pain points to position appropriate technology solutions, hardware, or software platforms.
Pipeline & Deal Management: Manage end-to-end complex enterprise sales cycles, maintaining an active pipeline to meet and exceed quarterly revenue and gross margin targets.
RFP/Tender Preparation: Collaborate with internal pre-sales, technical, and solution architecture teams to prepare detailed commercial proposals, tenders, and RFPs/RFQs.
Account Strategy & Negotiation: Deliver product/solution presentations, navigate complex multi-stakeholder purchasing processes, and negotiate contract terms and SLAs.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date account records, activity logs, and accurate sales forecasting within the CRM system.
