Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and Generate Leads:
• Identify potential construction projects through cold calling or through existing clients.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified builders
• Customer Engagement:
• Establish and maintain relationships with dealers, builders, pmc's and contractors.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Sales Targets and Reporting:
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
