Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Pune

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by generating leads, building strong client relationships, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting the organization's services, and achieving sales targets.

  • Roles & ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as calls, emails, social media, references, and networking.
  • Handle inquiries from prospective clients and provide detailed information about the organization's products and services.
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions or services.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, client interactions, and closures in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the organization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
  • Good presentation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach towards business growth.
  • QualificationBachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
  • Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, Telecalling, Customer Relationship Management, or Inside Sales will be preferred.
