Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION – FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE
Process: OWNLY – Restaurant Onboarding
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Department: Sales / Merchant Acquisition
Role: Field Sales Executive (FSE/FOS)
Salary & Benefits
- CTC: ₹35,000 per month
- Petrol Allowance: ₹2,500 per month
- Daily Field Visits: 8 visits per day
- Incentives: As per company policy, if applicable
Job Responsibilities
- Visit 8 restaurants daily in the assigned area.
- Meet restaurant owners and managers.
- Explain the OWNLY platform and its benefits.
- Onboard new restaurants onto the OWNLY platform.
- Collect and verify the required documents.
- Follow up with interested restaurant owners.
- Maintain daily field activity and onboarding reports.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of field sales experience preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and daily travel in Mumbai.
- Smartphone is mandatory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
