Looking for energetic, ambitious, and market-driven professionals who are passionate about Business Development and Field Sales.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Daily market visits and lead generation

✅ Identify construction/interior projects and business opportunities

✅ Client meetings, presentations & proposal discussions

✅ Business expansion and strategic partnerships

✅ Revenue generation and target achievement

✅ Competitor analysis and market intelligence

🎯 Desired Candidate Profile

✔ 0-2 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / Field Sales

✔ Excellent communication & negotiation skills

✔ Strong networking and relationship-building abilities

✔ Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings

✔ Prior exposure to Construction, Interior, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Engineering, Staffing, or B2B Sales preferred

💰 Compensation & Benefits

💵 Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹45,000 per month

🎁 Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

🚗 Travel & Relocation Allowance: ₹5,000 per month*

⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (6 Days Working)
