𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Full-Time

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬: Monday to Saturday

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲 & 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬

𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depends on interview performance and skills)

𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬: Up to ₹10,000 (Performance-Based)

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰

SmartyD is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to support business growth. The role involves lead generation, client interaction, sales closure, follow-ups, and basic back-office support.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Generate new leads through cold calling and outreach

• Communicate with prospects and explain SmartyD’s digital products and services

• Convert prospects and close sales deals

• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Manage follow-ups, inquiries, and customer records

• Assist with basic reporting and documentation

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / CRM

• Freshers with confidence and good communication skills are also welcome

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools is an advantage
