Job Description

Driving sales and building client relationships through direct field interactions, sales presentations, and territory management. Individuals in this role focus on sourcing new business, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales goals, often traveling extensively within a designated region.​

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.​
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiate terms to close deals.​
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.​
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets as set by management.​
  • Gather market intelligence and report on competitor activity and trends.​
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and recommendations.​
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver products/services and resolve client issues.​
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and promotional meetings to expand business reach.​
  • Core SkillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.​
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service orientation.​
  • Organizational, time management, and analytical abilities.​
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales software, and basic MS Office applications.​
  • Ability to work independently, manage territory, and adapt to diverse customer needs.​
  • QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred, but relevant experience may suffice.​
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas in prior field sales roles.​
  • Willingness to travel and possess a valid driver’s license.​
