About WeMee

WeMee is a fast-growing corporate gifting and customised merchandise company helping businesses create memorable brand experiences through employee gifting, onboarding kits, event merchandise, branded apparel, promotional products, and corporate gifting solutions.

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive who can identify opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, understand client requirements, and convert opportunities into business.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and passionate about helping companies create impactful gifting experiences.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, referrals, networking, and other sales channels.
  • Identify and connect with decision-makers including HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership teams.
  • Build and maintain a strong prospect database.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries.
  • Consistently create a healthy sales pipeline.

Requirement Understanding & Solution Selling

  • Understand client gifting requirements, objectives, budget, timelines, and branding needs.
  • Recommend suitable gifting products and solutions based on client requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to develop relevant product options.
  • Present gifting concepts, product recommendations, and proposals professionally.
  • Provide consultative support to clients throughout the buying journey.

Client Meetings & Relationship Building

  • Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and business objectives.
  • Visit client offices and present gifting solutions, samples, and concepts.
  • Build relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing, and key decision-makers.
  • Identify upcoming gifting opportunities and business requirements.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Represent WeMee at client meetings, networking events, and exhibitions.
  • Convert opportunities into business through effective relationship management.
  • Develop long-term client partnerships and key accounts

Quotation & Proposal Management

  • Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product presentations.
  • Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for pricing support.
  • Follow up on quotations and negotiations.
  • Maintain quotation records and conversion tracking.
  • Ensure timely submission of proposals.

Order Closure & Revenue Generation

  • Convert qualified opportunities into confirmed business.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Ensure smooth handover of confirmed orders to the Operations team.
  • Support clients until successful project execution.

CRM & Reporting

  • Update CRM with lead, requirement, quotation, and order information.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and activity tracking.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Track lead conversion performance and pipeline status.
  • Maintain sales forecasting data.


Required Skills

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
  • Strong follow-up and pipeline management abilities.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and recommend solutions.
