Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and target-oriented Business Development professional to drive business growth by building strategic partnerships, generating new business opportunities, and acquiring clients for our financial services.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, a professional approach to client meetings, and the ability to develop a strong referral network.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Client Acquisition

- Identify and approach potential clients, including business owners, corporate clients, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).

- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities for the company's loan and financing solutions.

- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients across Pune.

- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to recommend suitable financing solutions.

2. Strategic Partnerships & Networking

- Identify, connect with, and build relationships with Chartered Accountants (CAs), financial consultants, and Direct Sales Agents (DSAs).

- Develop and maintain a strong referral network to generate consistent business leads.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with partners and prospective clients to strengthen business relationships.

3. Sales Pipeline & Data Management

- Maintain and update client databases, partner lists, lead records, and sales pipelines.

- Track lead progress, meetings, follow-ups, and business conversion status.

- Prepare regular reports and maintain accurate documentation using MS Excel and MS Word.

4. Communication & Coordination

- Draft professional emails, business proposals, and client communications.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth client servicing.

- Maintain professional relationships with clients and referral partners.
