Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including referrals, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
• Connect with prospective customers to understand their property requirements and investment goals.
• Schedule and conduct site visits, property tours, and project presentations.
• Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and available offers to clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to drive conversions.
• Achieve monthly site visit and sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Update customer interactions and sales progress in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, and post-sales support.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor projects, and industry developments.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• 6 Months+ of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel and conduct field activities.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-oriented mindset.
