Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Find new B2B (business-to-business) clients across target industries like manufacturing, pharma.
• Client Relations: Schedule meetings with decision-makers, give product presentations, and manage key accounts to ensure clients stay happy and order again.
• Sales & Quotations: Prepare accurate product quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals while working with the production team to ensure orders are feasible.
• Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and new chemical technologies to spot growth opportunities
• Reporting: Track your daily calls, emails, and meetings using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, and report monthly progress to senior management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or business/marketing is preferred.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in industrial or B2B sales.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. You must also understand basic chemical safety and product specifications.
