Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential B2B customers (schools, hotels, and other outlets) via cold calling and cold emailing
• Visit potential and existing customers/leads in person — this is a field role, not purely remote or phone-based
• Build and grow long-term business relationships with new and existing B2B customers
• Coordinate with the Marketing & Social Media Executive on campaign targeting and content with the Marketing executive

Requirements

• Experience in business development, cold calling, or B2B lead generation
• Willing and able to travel locally to visit customers and leads in person
• Comfortable with a performance-based, staged compensation structure
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage own schedule
