Billing Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Billing Engineer (Civil) to prepare, verify, and manage project billing activities. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, client billing, subcontractor billing, and coordination with project teams to ensure accurate financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit client RA bills and final bills.
• Verify subcontractor and vendor bills.
• Measure quantities from drawings and site work.
• Maintain billing records, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with site engineers for work progress details.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Track project variations and extra item claims.
• Ensure timely billing and payment follow-up.
• Prepare MIS reports related to billing and project costs.
• Assist in project budgeting and cost control activities.
