• Make outbound calls when required for vehicle insurance-related work.

• Good handwriting and documentation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Basic MS Excel knowledge.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to understand and complete office paperwork accurately.
• Responsible and disciplined work approach.
