Job Description
Back Office Executive – Real Estate
We are looking for a Back Office Executive to handle day-to-day office coordination and administrative work having 1+ years of experience.
Responsibilities:
● Maintain records, documents & databases
● Handle data entry and prepare reports
● Coordinate with sales and other teams
● Manage emails, calls and follow-ups
● Handle client/project documentation
● Support daily office operations
Requirements:
● Graduate in any discipline
● Good communication and computer skills
● Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Word
● Good organizational and follow-up skills
● minimum experience required of 1 year
● Real estate experience will be an added advantage
