Automobile Service Advisor / Technician

Garve Hyundai Wakad is hiring Service Advisors and Automobile Technicians to join our service team.

Service Advisor Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
• Prepare job cards and explain service estimates.
• Coordinate with technicians for timely repairs.
• Update customers on repair progress and delivery timelines.
• Promote maintenance packages and value-added services.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Automobile Technician Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle issues.
• Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and inspections.
• Repair engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and electrical systems.
• Use diagnostic equipment and follow Hyundai service standards.
• Complete repairs within the standard turnaround time while maintaining quality.
• Report additional repair requirements to the Service Advisor.
• Candidate Requirements1–5 years of experience in the automobile industry preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Valid driving license preferred.
