Business Growth


Drive sales targets and revenue growth for the region


Expand market presence and onboard new projects


Track market trends and competitive activity


Team Leadership


Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Executives


Set targets, monitor KPIs, and drive team performance


Hire, train, and retain top sales talent


Operations & Execution


Ensure CRM adoption and sales process efficiency


Liaise closely with Developer Sales, CRM, and Sourcing teams


Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies


Customer Experience


Champion transparent, customer-first sales practices


Handle escalations and ensure smooth deal closures

Graduate / MBA preferred


3–6 years of experience in Direct Sales or Real Estate Sales

2+ years in a senior leadership role

Strong track record of team management and target achievement

Excellent negotiation and communication skills
