Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of software components.
- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Boomi Atomsphere Integration.
- Strong knowledge of integration frameworks and middleware technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues within enterprise software environments.
- Familiarity with system monitoring and diagnostic tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Experience in managing and supporting cloud-based integration solutions.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Pune office.
