Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution progress.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience with Java programming and related frameworks to support application development and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Familiarity with application monitoring tools and techniques to proactively identify system issues.
- Ability to work with databases and perform basic query optimization to support application troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and version control systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
