Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP C4C SDK and PDI.
- Experience with integration and customization within SAP Cloud for Customer environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system interactions.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques to identify root causes of software issues.
- Ability to work with various stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP C4C SDK and PDI.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
