Reconciliations

• Perform cash and asset under custody reconciliations
• Populate daily cash movements across respective banking platforms to cash reconciliation spreadsheets
• Research/clear Reconciliation Breaks/discrepancies in operating system 

 

Trading support

• Book internal reconciliation trades (Rebalancing, Series Rolls, etc)
• Security Setups on operating system
• Draft Subscription Documentation completion for US review
• Draft Qualified Custody reports for US review
• Trade/Client Service support for clients in EMEA clients

 

Maintain data integrity in operating systems

• Collate 3rd Party NAV statements / PCAPS (including downloading from external fund portals)
• Enter/upload underlying holding valuations to operating system
• Populate cash receivables to respective trade orders on operating system
• Prepare End of Day Control file
