Job Description-

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Agency Development Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and develop insurance advisors/agents.

Train, motivate, and support agents to achieve business targets.

Generate life insurance business through the agency channel.

Build and maintain strong relationships with agents.

Monitor agent performance and provide regular guidance.

Ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets.

Maintain high levels of customer service and compliance.

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience: 1–2 years in Agency Channel, Life Insurance.

Age: Up to 40 years.

Good communication and relationship management skills.

Strong sales and team-handling abilities.

Graduation preferred.
