Job Description (JD) – Admission Counselor (Female)

Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune

Number of Openings: 15

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience Required: 1–2 Years

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Female Admission Counselors to join our team in Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, addressing their queries, and helping them choose suitable programs.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead conversions.

Explain course features, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and admission procedures.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admission status in the CRM/system.

Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Meet admission targets and conversion goals.

Conduct counseling sessions via phone, video calls, and in-person meetings.

Resolve student queries promptly and professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.

1–2 years of experience in Admission Counseling, Education Counseling, Telecalling, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile  

Female candidates only.

Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
