Company Description

MyFroyoland is one of India's fastest-growing frozen yogurt and dessert brands with multiple outlets across the country. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in administration, HR coordination, purchase, inventory management, and operational support. This role requires excellent coordination skills to ensure smooth communication between the Head Office, stores, vendors, and various departments.



Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Assist the Human Resources department with daily HR activities, including employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave records, and employee coordination.
  • Draft, send, and manage official emails, employee communications, and internal correspondence.
  • Maintain employee records, HR files, and confidential documentation.
  • Coordinate with all outlets regarding daily operational requirements, reports, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with Store Managers, Area Managers, and internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Handle purchase activities, including raising purchase requests, coordinating with vendors, tracking orders, and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Maintain inventory records for stores and the Head Office.
  • Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports and inventory reports.
  • Verify stock movement, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with outlets for stock reconciliation.
  • Maintain office assets, stationery, and administrative records.
  • Prepare MIS reports, operational reports, and management reports as required.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on pending tasks and maintain proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.
  • Assist management with administrative and operational tasks as assigned.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Administration, HR Coordination, Purchase, Inventory, or Operations.
  • Experience in administrative coordination, HR support, purchase management, and inventory management.
  • Experience working with multiple branches, retail outlets, or QSR businesses will be preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Sheets.
  • Experience in preparing reports, MIS, stock reports, and maintaining documentation.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
