Job Description
Job Title: Accounts & Back-Office Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting entries and records.
- Process vendor invoices and payments.
- Prepare and file GST returns and support statutory compliance.
- Manage payroll processing and employee attendance.
- Maintain financial and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate routine office administration and vendor-related activities.
- Perform other accounts and back-office responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Working knowledge of ZOHO/ Tally/Accounting software, MS Excel and GST compliance.
- Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
- Prior experience in accounting and office administration is preferred.
