Job Description

  • Transaction Processing: Enter data, process invoices, payments, and expense reports. 
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate ledgers, digital/physical files, and financial records. 
  • Accounts Management: Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), issue customer invoices, and manage petty cash. 
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and discrepancies. 
  • Administrative Duties: Prepare bank deposits, process payroll documents, and manage related paperwork.
