ABOUT US

DN Foods, operating under the brand Global Farm 

Collective (GFC), is a growing premium dry fruits, 

spices, and gift hampers business based at Pune's 

Market Yard. We supply retail customers, B2B 

corporate gifting clients, wholesale buyers, and 

have an active WhatsApp commerce channel with a 

158+ SKU catalogue.

We're expanding operations and hiring a full-time 

coordinator to handle accounting, inventory, and 

day-to-day store operations, reporting directly to 

the founder.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a hands-on operational role combining 

three functions:

1. ACCOUNTING (60% of time)

  - Daily sales entry in Tally / accounting software

  - GST invoice preparation and filing coordination

  - Bank reconciliation (RBL Bank current account)

  - Purchase entries and vendor payment tracking

  - Basic MIS reports for founder review

  - Supporting quarterly GST returns and annual filings

  - Managing petty cash and expense tracking

2. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT (30% of time)

  - Daily stock counting and reconciliation

  - Recording incoming stock from suppliers (Vashi 

   APMC, Sangli, Bihar, local vendors)

  - Managing 158+ SKU inventory across dry fruits, 

   spices, seeds, freeze-dried items

  - FIFO stock rotation and expiry tracking

  - Preparing purchase requisitions for founder 

   approval

  - Physical stock storage organisation

3. STORE COORDINATION (10% of time)

  - Coordinating with shop staff on daily operations

  - Managing supplier delivery receipts

  - Handling WhatsApp order queries alongside founder

  - Basic customer service at counter when needed

  - Documenting daily operational issues for founder

  - Assisting with B2B order coordination

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

MUST HAVE:

- B.Com or equivalent commerce degree

- 2-5 years of accounting/inventory experience 

- Working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime

- Basic Excel skills (SUM, formulas, VLOOKUP 

 preferred but not mandatory)

- Understanding of GST invoicing, HSN codes, and 

 purchase entry

- Familiarity with Market Yard trader ecosystem 

 and business practices

- Willingness to work 6 days a week, 10:00 AM to 

 7:00 PM at Market Yard

- Basic reading/writing in Marathi, Hindi, and 

 English

NICE TO HAVE:

- Two-wheeler with valid driving licence

- Previous experience in dry fruits, spices, or 

 grocery trade

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

- Salary: Rs. 22,000 to Rs. 32,000 per month 

 (based on experience and skill fit)

- Performance bonus: Up to Rs. 7,500 per quarter 

 (up to Rs. 30,000 annually) based on inventory 

 accuracy and reporting quality

- Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 6 days a 

 week (Sunday off)

- Annual increment based on performance

- Direct working relationship with founder, 

 significant learning opportunity as business 

 scales

GROWTH POTENTIAL

As the business grows, this role can evolve into 

a Store Manager or Operations Head position with 

proportional salary growth. The right candidate 

who demonstrates commitment and skill can expect 

meaningful career progression within 2-3 years.
