Accounts Executive – LED Panel Company

Position: Accounts Executive

Department: Finance & Accounts

Location: Katraj (Bhilarewadi Road)

Reporting To: Finance Manager / Accounts Manager

Job SummaryThe Accounts Executive will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting financial reporting for the LED panel manufacturing and sales operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & BookkeepingMaintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and account reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Billing & InvoicingGenerate customer invoices and credit notes.
• Verify purchase bills and supplier invoices.
• Track customer payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• GST & Tax CompliancePrepare and file GST returns.
• Reconcile GST input and output tax.
• Assist in TDS calculations and statutory compliance.
• Maintain records required for audits and tax assessments.
• Inventory & CostingCoordinate with stores and production departments for inventory accounting.
• Monitor stock valuation and inventory records.
• Support product costing and profitability analysis for LED panels and related products.
• Banking & Cash ManagementHandle bank reconciliations.
• Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
• Monitor cash flow and maintain payment schedules.
• Financial ReportingPrepare monthly MIS reports.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Analyze expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance.
• MBA Finance / M.Com / CA Inter (preferred).
• 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, electronics, or LED industry.
• Required SkillsProficiency in Tally ERP, Busy, or ERP software.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
• Good understanding of inventory accounting.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in LED panel, electronics, electrical, or manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of production accounting and inventory management.
