About the Role: We are a growing Chartered Accountant firm in Pune looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. If you have hands-on experience managing complete books of accounts, enjoy working with numbers, and communicate confidently in English, we'd love to hear from you.

• What You'll Do: Independently manage and maintain books of accounts for multiple clients
• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger maintenance
• Prepare and finalize financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Manage bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings
• Coordinate with clients to gather data, resolve queries, and provide updates
• Support the team during audits and year-end closing
• Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready financial records
• What We're Looking For 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a CA firm or accounting services environment
• Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools
• Good written and spoken English — ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines
• B.Com / M.Com / semi-qualified CA / CA Inter or equivalent qualification preferred
