Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Media Executive with hands-on experience in video editing,

social media content creation, and creative design.

The candidate should be comfortable editing podcasts, YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, Shorts, and other

short-form content, along with creating banners, invitations, thumbnails, and social media creatives.

Candidates with relevant internship experience and a strong video editing and creative portfolio are also

encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit podcasts and convert key moments into engaging Reels/Shorts.

• Edit, upload, and optimize weekly YouTube videos.

• Create engaging short-form video content for social media.

• Design event banners, invitations, thumbnails, flyers, and social media creatives.

• Manage Zoom webinar recordings, maintain organized backups, and prepare edited recordings when required.

• Upload and organize webinar/Zoom sessions on the Learning Portal.

• Maintain and regularly update content on the Learning Portal.

• Respond to social media messages and engage with the online community.

• Support and coordinate online and offline events.

• Create content focused on improving engagement, leads, and conversions.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, video-editing techniques, and AI content tools.

Required Skills

• Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro

• Experience editing Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, and other digital video content

• Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator

• Basic Motion Graphics

• Social Media Management

• Basic understanding of YouTube SEO

• Creative thinking and strong attention to detail

• Good communication and time-management skills

• Ability to manage multiple creative tasks and meet deadlines

AI Tools - Added Advantage

Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT | Gemini | Claude | Lovable or similar AI content/creative tools
