Vehicle Testing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day vehicle outdoor testing activities.
• Monitor and maintain daily attendance of drivers and testing manpower.
• Assign vehicles to drivers based on the daily testing plan.
• Monitor vehicle availability, deployment and utilization.
• Conduct/coordinate daily vehicle checks before deployment.
• Record and report vehicle defects, breakdowns and operational issues.
• Coordinate roadside assistance and breakdown support whenever required.
• Coordinate with drivers, technicians, test engineers and customer teams.
• Monitor vehicle running kilometres and daily testing progress.
• Follow up with workshop/technical teams for vehicle issue resolution.
• Maintain daily records such as attendance, vehicle allocation, vehicle status, KM and issue reports.
• Ensure drivers and team members follow safety rules and testing procedures.
• Escalate major vehicle, safety or operational issues to the Testing/Project Manager.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational reports.
