• Key ResponsibilitiesSell domestic and international tour packages
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-ins
• Understand customer travel preferences and recommend suitable packages
• Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel plans
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and tour operators
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain customer databases and follow up with leads
• Upsell travel insurance, activities, and premium services
• Resolve customer complaints and travel-related issues
• Stay updated on tourism trends, destinations, visa rules, and travel regulations
• Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills
• Sales and customer handling ability
• Knowledge of travel destinations and tourism products
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM, booking systems)
• Problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Fluency in English and regional languages is often preferred
