Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls, databases, references, and online enquiries.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and commercial terms to customers.
  • Follow up regularly with leads and quotations to generate sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Schedule appointments and arrange meetings between customers and the sales team.
  • Coordinate with the sales and technical teams regarding customer requirements.
  • Handle customer questions, objections, and basic complaints professionally.
  • Maintain and update the customer database/CRM regularly.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports regarding calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
