Job Description
Job Title: Telecalling Sales Executive – Online Homeopathy Clinic
Role Objective
Convert incoming leads generated from Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and website inquiries into paid doctor consultations (₹500 minimum consultation fee).
The primary responsibility is to ensure maximum patients book and pay for the doctor's consultation.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Calling
Call all assigned leads immediately.
First call within 5 minutes of lead allocation.
Explain clinic services and benefits.
Build trust and rapport with patients.
Handle objections regarding consultation fees.
Convince patients to book a paid doctor consultation.
Follow-Up
Follow up with interested leads.
Minimum 6 follow-ups per lead.
Re-engage missed and pending leads.
Maintain proper follow-up notes in CRM.
CRM Management
Update every lead status.
Record call outcomes.
Schedule callbacks.
Ensure no lead remains unattended.
