Job Description

We are looking for a Kannada-speaking Calling Executive for our CNC Wood Router Machine business. The company will provide customer leads. The candidate's responsibility will be to call the provided leads, explain the CNC Router machine, understand customer requirements, and generate sales enquiries.

Call the leads provided by the company.

Communicate with customers in Kannada.

Explain CNC Wood Router machine features, applications, and benefits.

Understand customer requirements and budget.

Follow up with interested customers regularly.

Generate qualified sales leads from the provided database.

Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.

Update lead status in Excel/CRM.

Achieve daily/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Handle customer queries professionally.
