Position: Telesales Executive

Location: Ravet, Pune

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives

Experience: Minimum 6 months

Job Responsibilities:

• Connect with dealers and customers over calls to understand their requirements.
• Generate and follow up on enquiries through regular calls.
• Provide customers and dealers with accurate information about solar panels, inverters and other solar products.
• Explain product features, pricing, availability and basic technical information.
• Negotiate prices with customers/dealers as per company guidelines.
• Prepare and share quotations based on customer requirements.
• Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into orders.
• Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers and dealers.
• Coordinate with the sales, purchase and trading teams for product availability, pricing and order processing.
• Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, quotations and order status.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and enquiry-conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales / telecalling / sales.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and dealers over the phone.
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and quotation preparation.
• Experience in the solar industry or electrical products will be an advantage.
• Candidates should be willing to work from Ravet, Pune.
