Telesales Executive

Job Description

• Contact potential customers and explain the company’s products and services.
• Pitch Business Bank Accounts and Business Loan products effectively.
• Maintain a mandatory daily talk time of 90 minutes.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Collect required documents from customers for account opening and loan processing.
• Follow up regularly with interested leads and customers.
• Generate and collect customer data/leads through Google and other online sources.
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer information.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships through professional communication.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.
• Experience in tele sales, tele calling, or banking sales will be preferred.
• Must have laptop/Desktop, headset, wifi and quite room to work
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
