Job Description
- Call Management: Make outbound cold calls to potential clients and handle inbound customer inquiries.
- Lead Generation: Identify customer needs, pitch products/services, and qualify leads to pass to the sales pipeline.
- Customer Support: Answer questions about features, pricing, and services, while resolving customer complaints professionally.
- Database Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate call logs, customer records, and feedback in company CRM Software.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volumes, lead conversions, or sales.
- Product Knowledge: Stay fully updated on company offerings, promotions, and predefined scripts.
